Crest Premier Staffing pays on a weekly basis. For instance, if you start an assignment on Thursday, you will need to turn in your time card no later than noon the following Monday. You may email or fax your timecard to our company email and company fax (please call to verify we received your fax). You will receive your first pay check on the following Friday, and every Friday thereafter, as long as you work on an assignment at one of our client companies. All pay-checks are direct deposited into your bank account.

Our employees are supplied with timesheets. The timesheets are to be signed by a manager at the end of each shift. Once they submit their time, an approval email is sent to the client, who either approves or rejects the time. Once time is approved, it’s sent to your local Crest Premier Staffing office for processing.

What is Crest Premier Staffing’s sick pay policy?

Crest Premier Staffing complies with all jurisdictions where Paid Sick Leave is mandated by law. In the majority of those cases, the cost for paying sick time is built into our hourly bill rate, and we don’t charge clients separately. If an employee is out long enough to trigger a leave of absence, such as the Family Medical Leave Act, we follow the documentation procedures set forth by law.

It depends on the skills and experience required. We pride ourselves on having a robust inventory of screened employees who are ready to go to work in any of our 10 core positions. Our selection process is a combination of phone screening, interviewing to identify skills, a robust application, an in-person behavioural interview to identify where the person would be the best “fit”, reference checks and an in-depth Crest Premier Staffing orientation. Then, depending on a client’s specific needs, a drug screen, background check and/or client-specific orientation are performed.

Yes. For background checks, we offer county-specific searches and/or nationwide database searches, depending on pricing and what is important to the client.
